Using FlossFrame

You may use FlossFrame to create personal cross-stitch patterns and other permitted creative projects. You are responsible for the photos, artwork, and other material you choose to process, and for making sure you have the right to use them.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and projects. You give FlossFrame a limited permission to process the selected material only as needed to provide the requested preview, chart, export, support, and service operations. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

Be considerate

Do not use the service to infringe another person’s rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt to bypass service limits, probe or disrupt the service, or use automated access that places unreasonable load on it.

AI-assisted results

Preview generation is an aid, not a guarantee. Results can be imperfect, and colors are approximations. Review the chart, legend, dimensions, and material notes before stitching. Keep a backup of a project that matters to you.

Premium access

Some features may require a paid subscription. Preview access and other benefits are subject to fair-use and service limits; FlossFrame does not promise unlimited generation. Current benefits, duration, and localized price are shown in the app before purchase.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, a subscription renews and your account is charged according to Apple’s terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app when needed. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies where required.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will take reasonable steps to preserve access to local projects, but an online preview or sync service may not always be available.

Thread and color references

Brand names, thread names, and color references such as DMC belong to their respective owners. They are referenced for compatibility and identification only. FlossFrame is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without promises that every result will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular project. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Finished Look and fair use

Finished Look may be generated automatically as part of eligible pattern generation, without a separate request from you. Finished Look mockups are illustrative AI results and may differ from the physical stitched piece. Review your chart, legend, dimensions, and materials before stitching; the mockup is not an exact physical result.

Premium access is subject to fair-use limits, and Finished Look has distinct limits documented in the app and service. Current benefits and limits are shown before use and may change prospectively with reasonable notice.
